Overview

Teaching is deeply rewarding, yet the constant juggling of classes, grading, and school obligations often leaves little space for self-care. When unmanaged, chronic stress drains energy, clouds judgment, and affects the atmosphere we create for our students.

In this hands-on, evidence-based program you’ll learn to recognise stressors early, regulate your body’s response, and cultivate daily habits that sustain calm, focus, and joy—both inside and outside the classroom. We blend the latest findings from neuroscience, positive psychology, and mindfulness research with practical classroom-ready tools you can start using straight away.
